What we're looking for:
* A background in plumbing and heating and evidence of practical skills.
* A relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards.
* Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
* The ability to work successfully within a team.
* Proven skills at developing relationships with stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
