As our Media and Effectiveness Manager, you'll optimize media spend, enhance campaign performance and provide insights to boost brand equity and business growth. Collaborate with Country Marketing teams and be a key player in defining our marketing priorities. Key Responsibilities: Tailor media strategies and determine annual Country media plans Execute and optimise brand building and sales driving media campaigns Manage media budgets and foster strong relationships with agencies. Drive continuous improvement in media processes. Collaborate with Global Insights for campaign testing and brand studies. Pre-test assets, track performance and optimize for short and long-term goals Implement measures to evaluate marketing impact and provide insights. Lead the Marketing Dashboard and Monthly Marketing Review. Deliver key reports to senior management. Mentor the Media Specialist and drive team success. Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Experience, Knowledge & Expertise: 5 years in media planning, budgeting, and marketing effectiveness. A degree or equivalent professional experience. Proven success with premium brands.
