The Role
We are looking for an experienced sales consultant who also has a record of developing enduring customer relationships and securing new business. You will be the first contact with Sava and building an engaging and strong rapport with customers is essential. Communicating effectively using a clear conversational style and evaluating enquiries you will deal with the customer through to the point of sale. You will be client-driven, polite, articulate, and have a meticulous attention to detail. This is not a typical sales role, with the average time from enquiry to sale being 10 months. So, you must be willing to build relationships and have an in-depth understanding of our products.
What you will be doing
• Provide guidance to customers to enable them to clearly understand our products.
• Be friendly, engaging, professional & knowledgeable with an excellent telephone manner.
• Be able to listen effectively and build rapport.
• Hold persuasive calls highlighting benefits of our qualifications.
• Manage data for all customers on a CRM platform, ensuring all communications are logged and accurate.
• Meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
• Generate leads on social platforms.
• Attend virtual and in-person events to meet with prospective customers.

Remuneration
The annual salary for this role is in the range of £25-28k plus commission and will be based on the individual’s skills and experience. Other aspects of remuneration and employment can be discussed at the interview.
