To provide support to help achieve a comprehensive Occupational Health Service within agreed remit to all managers and staff To assist the Trust in promoting and maintaining the health of staff To ensure health issues are dealt with in a professional manner within the post holder’s area of competence To advise, within own area of knowledge and competence, service users in regard to their health, safety and welfare at work Support the delivery of Occupational Health Services to NHS clients and commercial employers within the remit of the contract specified The post holder will ensure compliance with the Trust’s Risk Management Policies and Procedures.
