The Role You will be providing generalist HR support across the firm in all areas of the employee lifecycle. Passionate about delivering an excellent service to our colleagues and managers, you will enjoy making a difference every day. Key Requirements Provide prompt advice and guidance to colleagues and managers on HR matters, with the ability to apply knowledge beyond policy, offering practical and legally sound advice. Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Processes to include onboarding, employment checks, contracts of employment, administration of changes, payroll updates and HR system maintenance. Ability to review and make necessary updates to contract of employment and terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and GDPR compliance. Assist in developing HR management reports and dashboards. Contribute to the maintenance and development of HR policies and systems. Provide support on projects such as system implementations and compliance. Ability to anticipate team’s needs, identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions. Experience working in a fast-paced HR department in a similar role. Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and its practical application. Exceptional attention to detail and passion for excellence. Multi-tasks and works well under pressure. Proficient in IT (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HR systems). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
