To provide professional administrative, secretarial and Reception support to staff and visitors, as well as supporting the Office Manager as directed and cover for any site issues in her absence. This is a very interesting role based in a large open plan Reception area. This role requires you to work 5 hours a day Monday to Friday. Non-Negotiable. Hybrid not available. You will NEED your own transport as there is no reliable public transport. You will temp via Meyer-Scott Recruitment for up to 12 weeks, then if all is well and all parties are happy you will be offered a permanent role. Administration duties will include: To provide professional administrative support to staff Production of different Technical Notes, managing the distribution lists, printing, postage and email distribution Ordering equipment/resources for projects Printing, binding and laminating Handling mailshots Arrange car hire and accommodation. Process car hire, accommodation purchase orders and sending invoices to Purchase Ledger Monitor and order stocks of stationery/cleaning supplies. Ordering PPE for staff Reception duties will include: First point of call for website enquiries Welcome visitors and ensure sign-in procedures are met. Take meeting room bookings - prepare meeting rooms, arrange lunch and other refreshments (6 meeting rooms). Ensure projectors & other equipment are available when booked. Booking taxis for visitors Arrange courier bookings and external customer collections for projects. Book Special Delivery and Recorded items of letters and parcels as requested. Prepare outgoing post - receive faxes and deliveries.
