You will develop and implement activities, monitor health and well-being, contribute to care plans, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Additionally, you will build positive relationships with stakeholders, participate in meetings, maintain housekeeping standards, support new staff, and engage in community fund-raising and social events.
