Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Strategy

* Proven experience in a target-driven business development or sales role.
* Strong business planning and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication and networking abilities.
* Highly organised with great attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Full UK driving licence and own transport.
* Experience in the insurance industry or working with commercial business directors.
* Previous experience managing a sales pipeline and using MSD (CRM) systems.
