Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets within the designated city/area. Establish sales goals and objectives for the team, and monitor progress towards achieving targets. Collaborate with the Region Manager to align area sales initiatives with regional sales objectives and strategies. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the sales team to provide feedback and guidance. Identify opportunities for sales growth and expansion within the territory, and develop plans to capitalize on these opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients within the territory. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for sales operations within the territory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role. Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset. Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory as required.
