The role The Office Manager is a key role, ensuring that the day-to-day office runs smoothly. The role will be responsible for all key Tidal HQ areas ensuring that Tidal systems, processes and procedures run effectively. As an experienced Office Manager who has previously led small teams, improving their quality and delivery, you’ll be: conducting monthly and quarterly staff performance reviews, working collaboratively with the Director, the ability to engage effectively with the team and liaise with the Director is paramount, writing daily, weekly and monthly reports highlighting key facts, team key metrics and your oversight reflections, ensuring that sufficient staff cover is maintained including holiday requests and effectively managing sickness absence (with the support of HR Dept.), Identifying and reporting, training needs, trends, successes and issues to the Director, Ensuring agreed systems, spreadsheets processes and procedures are followed, current, accurate and complied with.
