We have a thrilling opportunity for a Social Work Advanced Practitioner within our discharge team, focused on children in care services. This full-time, locum role suits those with significant assessment experience, particularly in SGO or Form C assessments, in a non-case holding capacity. You will work in a supportive and stable environment, overseeing a planned caseload of five families. We seek someone who can provide advice, support, and guidance, contributing to the professional growth of less experienced team members.
