International Sales Manager
LeMieux has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales professional looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing global equestrian company.
We have an ambitious vision and are looking to add to our 170-strong HQ team to achieve it.
As International Sales Manager, you will be reporting into the Head of Sales and will be responsible for managing and expanding our sales operations and activity across international markets. With the ultimate goal of driving global sales growth and helping to make us the most exciting equestrian brand on the planet.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage existing international agents and distributors
* Develop and implement effective international sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue growth in key global regions
* Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, looking at regional customers preferences and trends
* Build, maintain and strengthen relationships across international trade accounts
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities by negotiating contracts and agreeing partnership deals
* Collaborate with marketing, design and other internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and ultimately customer satisfaction
* Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends and competitor activities
* Attend trade exhibitions in the UK, Europe and ROW, ensuring the brand is represented in line with our values and guidelines
Suitable applicants will display the following:
* A passion for the equine industry backed up by a solid understanding of equestrian products
* Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to communicate across all levels
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing international markets
* Working knowledge of global sales processes, including international trade regulations and market dynamics
* Computer literate and competent MS office user, in particular Excel
* Experience of both remote and face to face sales
* Exceptional negotiation, presentation and communication skills
* Willingness to travel internationally as and when required
* Multi-lingual, in particular French/German would be advantageous but not essential
