Job summary This is a unique opportunity to join a quality team that provides specialised support to the Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy Programme at the Royal Marsden Hospital. The post holder will have proven MS Office and IT skills to update document and quality management records, maintain departmental databases and send communications to staff within the programme. As part of the quality team, the post holder will be required to: Provide administrative support to the Quality Managers, organising meetings, minute taking, producing reports, and maintaining records within the quality management system software. Main duties of the job This is an administrative & quality support post involving a number of varied duties in support of the Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant (HSCT) Quality Team. The post holder will be required to effectively manage a number of different priorities to timescales and be proactive in their approach. The post holder will be expected to use project support skills to organise meetings, log actions, create reports, and maintain relevant databases as required.
