Our Role: As an HR Administrator you will support the HR Manager by providing a confidential, timely, accurate and efficient administrative support service to the HR Department to aid the smooth day to day running of the business. Duties include General administration duties for the Pinxton site Maintain, organise and order office supplies Administration for site uniform Maintaining HR records and databases Administration of the Companys sickness/holiday database Working with Payroll to co-ordinate the Companys salary review and appraisal awards Employee engagement survey administration Employee relations administration including maternity/paternity/adoption leave Administration of job descriptions, creating, amending, issuing Plus, other HR administration duties such as confirmation letters to employees re promotions, salary changes, mortgage references, jury service etc. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm About you You will have Excellent administration skills. Strong time management ability (able to juggle multiple tasks and projects Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) The ability to work well under your own initiative.
