We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage a portfolio of our clients current customers, ensuring their business needs are met with innovative and commercially viable solutions. You will cross selling to existing clients, extending renewals and resolving any issues as required while building relationships and offering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business operations and needs. Offer excellent customer service skills Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to maximize revenue growth. Present tailored solutions to C-Level Executives using a structured sales approach. Analyse client trends and market data to create effective sales strategies. Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, managing expectations and resolving conflicts. Work collaboratively with marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies and enhance customer experience. Proactively attract new clients through strategic relationship-building. Requirements: Proven experience in account management, sales, customer success or a client-facing role. Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly at senior executive levels. Commercially savvy with the ability to identify and act on revenue-generating opportunities. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Account Manager role. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships, and delivering solutions. The role is based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom with the flexibility for working from home for two days.
