About the role
Provide leadership to the Data and Insights team, and commercial insight to the business through production and analysis of data.

Responsibilities
* In collaboration with the CFO, own the Bluecrest data and reporting strategies, helping the company move towards the twin aims of becoming a Healthtech business, and data driven decision making
* Support the CFO and CTO in exploring, testing and rolling out the opportunities presented by Artificial Intelligence to Bluecrest, thereby maximising shareholder value and customer benefit
* Manage and organise the workload of the Data and Insights team, ensuring they receive appropriate guidance and training to support the department’s aims
* Through and alongside the rest of the Commercial Insights team, assist all Departments with production of KPIs and support on maximising efficiency
* Ad hoc analysis and support on a wide range of projects as they arise

* Monday to Friday
* 8am - 4pm/9am - 5pm
* Hybrid - up to 2 days per week in our Worthing Head Office
