Base Salary to £33,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Our client, a leading corporate travel company are recruiting for an experienced Learning and Development Executive to join them.
With a focus on corporate travel, the Travel Learning and Development Executive will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering company training programmes that will improve and develop the knowledge, skills, and performance of Travel Consultants.
To be considered, candidate must have previous learning and development experience gained within the corporate travel.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis - Central London
Travel Learning and Development Executive Duties:
Assessing training and development needs through performance needs and deliver training in conjunction with company strategy and revenue goals.
Collaborate with ,department heads to identify skill gaps and opportunities for improvement across the business.
Develop engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and training guides.
Support new Travel Consultant onboarding process and provide full onboarding training support.
Measure the effectiveness of training programmes using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Prepare reports on training outcomes and provide suggestions for improvement.
