I am looking for a support assistant to assist me with day-to-day activities, I am a woman with MS - which means that I become exhausted after minimal effort. My energy levels fluctuate hourly/daily and I experience weakness across my body which varies at different times and slight memory difficulties. I was a trained nurse and I enjoy voluntary work when I am able as well as singing and sailing. Duties include: Medication prompting/administering Personal grooming Clinical tasks Other relevant duties as required Housekeeping Shopping Transportation Dressing / undressing Bathroom assistance Candidate qualities

Hours per week: 1 hour Saturday morning; 1 hour Sunday morning There may be the option to cover annual leave for the weekday PA (subject to discussion). Applicants who can work alternate weekends will be considered. Hourly pay rate: weekdays £14.50 and weekends £16.50 Mileage rate 45p
