Job Description
Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.
This job is workstyle 5, offering flexible and agile working practices. You will work from home part of the week and spend time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings, and collaboration.
You will work as part of the maintenance team responsible for maintaining the Council's estate. Your duties will include assisting with the management of asbestos in non-housing and housing properties, carrying out surveys and sampling as required, and ensuring records are kept up to date.
Placement on the salary scale will depend on qualifications and experience.
