Job summary We have a PA vacancy and would like to recruit an individual who has proven experience of working within a successful senior administrative role ideally within the NHS field that is able to work independently and has developed excellent prioritisation and negotiation skills. We are a large and forward thinking Children's Speech and Language Therapy Service (SLT), working as part of Inclusion Services within the Children and Families Division of Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This role would require you to provide PA support for the SLT Management Team and for the Speech & Language Service. You will be required to prioritize, plan and organize your daily workload, ensuring that daily tasks and ongoing workloads are completed within agreed and acceptable timescales. Supervisory experience of more junior members would be beneficial. Experience and knowledge of NHS ESR systems would be favourable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential as timely, effective and sensitive communication is an important part of the role. Main duties of the job To provide comprehensive secretarial and diary management support to the Speech and Language Management Team and agreed Inclusion Services cover where necessary.
