We are looking for a Cross Border Specialist to strengthen our team Your Role Your role is to ensure final mile delivery is processed and planned in the most efficient and cost effective manner as well as to ensure a complete understanding of all Import procedures and operate accordingly. Your Responsibilities - To ensure the smooth running of all inbound final mile deliveries - To identify any issues or exceptions and solutionize effectively - To communicate effectively and quickly with all stakeholders - Follow KPI's and drive through impact via Data Quality - Ensure whole team coverage is managed even if beyond your day to day activities - Identify escalations before they become an unmanageable escalation - reporting to your line manager Your Skills and Experiences - Experience in customer service or similar role in logistics. - Ability to think outside the box/creatively to resolve issues on a daily basis. - You are required to have a good level of literacy and numeracy. - You should be computer literate and able to adapt to using in-house computer systems.
