You Will Have:
1. Degree in Building Surveying (or suitable experience)
2. Ideally previous Building Surveying experience
3. Good problem-solving skills
4. Microsoft Office proficient • ArchiCAD/CAD proficient or working towards proficiency
5. Full UK Driving License
Graduate Building Surveyor Role & Responsibilities:
6. Determine the condition of existing buildings, identifying and analysing defects, including proposals for repair
7. Advise on the health and safety aspects of buildings
8. Visiting sites to complete Building Surveyor's inspections
9. Completing desktop survey research about sites
10. Preparing reports following inspections to outline the state of the property/site
11. Assisting with the co-ordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably required
