About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Quality Systems Manager to join our team. In this exciting role, you will develop, implement, and maintain our Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) management system, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence and compliance. Main Responsibilities: You will define guidelines, procedures, and KPIs aligned with Group FSQ policies, ensuring their correct application, and measuring process efficacy. Providing initial support to PFSQM for raw materials, packaging, and industrial processes, including managing non-conformities and deviation permits, will also be part of your responsibilities. Developing training programs for plant internal auditors in collaboration with HR and ensuring the implementation of Food Safety/GMP/PRP training across the plant will be essential. You'll define rules for product traceability and oversee their implementation across Quality Assurance (QS) and Plant teams, conducting traceability simulations in coordination with QS, Plant, and Supply Chain teams. You'll be responsible for preparing and maintaining all certifications related to quality, including Group certifications, client-specific certifications, and local authorities. This includes planning and executing internal audits, managing follow-up actions for Group Quality and Plant audits, and monitoring process indicators. You'll centrally collect data on quality, certification, and management system matters, tracking KPIs and reporting progress on action plans to PFSQM, Plant Manager, Plant Team, and Central Directions. Developing and maintaining the Food Safety and Quality manual, plant procedures, and work instructions, and managing documentation related to plant food safety and quality will be within your remit. Monitoring external companies impacting the Plant FSQ system to ensure compliance with quality standards, such as pest control, cleaning, and calibration, will also be part of your daily tasks. Your role will involve developing and updating HACCP plans using risk analysis methods and providing training to plant internal auditors on quality and food safety. Defining traceability rules according to Group FSQ and external standards to ensure product traceability and conducting traceability simulations as required will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Who we are looking for: You should have experience in food quality within an FMCG environment, along with expertise in food safety, food technology, and food chemical and microbiological analysis. A strong knowledge of packaging analysis, statistical sampling and control principles in the food industry, pest control, and ISO certification schemes (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 19000) is essential, as well as familiarity with private certification schemes and food legislation (GMP, HACCP). You should be result-oriented, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have an acute attention to detail. An MSc in Quality Food or a related field is highly desirable.
