Our client is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its expanding Commercial Property team in Plymouth. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of Commercial Property law and will be eager to develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive legal advice on a range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects.
* Draft and negotiate various legal documents such as leases, sale agreements, and property-related contracts.
* Conduct thorough legal research and prepare reports to support client matters.
* Assist senior Solicitors in managing transactions and client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and communication.
* Participate in business development activities, including client outreach and marketing initiatives.
* Stay abreast of relevant legislation and industry trends to provide up-to-date legal advice.
Qualifications:
* Newly qualified Solicitor with a current practicing certificate (or imminent qualification).
* Experience in Commercial Property law gained during a training contract or previous role.
* Strong academic background, with a focus on property law preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
* Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
