ThisGroup Head of HRposition offers the chance to lead the development and execution of the organisation’sHR StrategyandStrategic Workforce Development Plan. You’ll work closely with a passionate leadership team, driving a culture of respect, responsibility, honesty, and excellence while building a high-performing workforce.
This hybrid role will be based inGlasgowwith travel to national sites as and when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement an innovative HR strategy that supports organisational goals.
* Oversee thefull employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
* Leadculture transformationthrough engagement and behavioral change strategies.
* Championtalent developmentby introducing career pathways, performance frameworks, and learning programs.
* Driveemployee attraction, retention, and engagementthrough creative employer branding strategies.
* Provide expert guidance onemployment law and compliance, minimising risks.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven strategic leadership in a similar-sized, complex organisation.
* CIPD Membershipor equivalent qualification.
* Strong expertise inorganisational change managementand workforce development.
* A collaborative and results-driven approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working within the third sector, ideally within social care
