About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a Part-Time Fleet Administrator to join our high-performing Fleet team in Derby. As a vital part of our operations, you'll play a key role in keeping our fleet running smoothly, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Fleet Department in coordinating the fleet supply chain.
* Oversee the onboarding process for new drivers, including documentation and processing.
* Maintain the fleet management system with accurate vehicle and driver information.
* Manage fuel cards, purchase reports, and administer invoicing for damages and fines.
* Address telephone and email inquiries from internal and external sources.
* Flag any operational issues and collaborate with the Fleet Manager and team.
* Provide general administrative support across the business.
Qualifications:
If you're a confident, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in administration, this could be the role for you! Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with a CRM system is essential. Previous experience in a Fleet Division would be advantageous. Our ideal candidate will thrive in our fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
Pay range and compensation package:
£25,000 Pro Rata, Annual Awards, 25 Days Annual Leave (with a salary sacrifice scheme to buy more), Agile Working Policy, Employee Assistance Programme, Paid Volunteer Leave, Green Emissions Scheme, and more.
