We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to take on a leadership role in our culinary team, driving excellence in food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth execution of menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
* Develop and implement strategies to reduce kitchen costs, optimize labor and supply management, and improve overall kitchen performance.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and implement new menus, recipes, and cooking techniques, staying ahead of industry trends and customer preferences.
* Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to motivate and empower kitchen staff to achieve their best.
Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent experience in Culinary Arts, with a strong background in kitchen operations, food safety, and quality control.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced environment, showcasing exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits:
