About the Company:

Our client is at the forefront of transforming the way music is shared and experienced. They are seeking a talented IT Support Analyst to ensure their tech infrastructure runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first and second-line technical support to end-users (onsite and remote).
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues quickly and effectively.
* Assist with system administration, including managing user accounts and permissions.
* Support IT projects, including hardware rollouts, software updates, and security improvements.
* Document technical issues and resolutions, creating a knowledge base for future reference.
* Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues and smooth operation of IT systems.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in an IT support role, ideally within a fast-paced or creative environment.
* Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
* Office 365 experience
* Familiarity with network troubleshooting and administration.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* A passion for music and technology is a plus!
