HR People Partner - Reading - Up to £50,000 hybrid 3 days onsite
We have been engaged by our client in the outskirts of Reading who are looking to hire a new HR Business Partner within the People function. This will be a fast-paced generalist role with a clear path to future development within the team. You will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decisions and driving opportunities for success.
What We’re Looking For:
* Provide expert advice on complex HR matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and capability issues, ensuring fair and thorough resolutions.
* Support senior leadership in managing investigations that could lead to disciplinary or grievance cases.
* Oversee recruitment and selection, ensuring alignment with company policies.
* Collaborate with the Finance team and payroll provider to resolve payroll queries and ensure accurate processing.
* Track and manage employee absence, identifying patterns and taking action in accordance with company policies.
* Mentor and coach our team managers, identifying opportunities for development to support their professional growth.
* Assist in recruitment campaigns as needed.
* Be the go-to HR expert for employees, providing advice and strategic solutions on a range of HR matters.
* Support our HR Administrators with daily HR tasks and offer guidance on best practices.
* Use HR systems and technology to gather, analyse, and report data for the Chief of People.
* Advise on organizational changes, including restructures, redundancies, and change management, ensuring policy compliance and providing support during transitions.
