We're looking for a People Data Analyst to join our People Function. As a People Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing people analytics, insight and trend analysis to drive organisational development enabling our leaders to make informed strategic and operational data driven people decisions. You will be leading on the development and end to end production of workforce people analytics and reporting in support of the delivery of our People Strategy, including providing excellent service delivery on data analytics requirements. What you'll bring to the role: Strong data analysis skills and experience using SQL essential. Experience using modern BI technologies to design reports essential, Power BI development experience is desirable. Ability to analyse and solve problems when working with large data sets and a degree of ambiguity, and with a strong attention to detail essential. Experience throughout the full analytical lifecycle, i.e. requirements gathering, data cleansing and query design through to data interpretation and presentation to stakeholders. Proven competence in using MS Excel to prepare and analyse data and to develop data models.
