Job Purpose
In this role, you will support the Director in the management and administration of the business, contributing to marketing efforts, business development, and the procurement of materials, plants, and other essential project items.

Key Responsibilities
Administration
* Maintain the company’s client database
* Manage client inquiries and coordinate next steps
* Ensure office supplies and equipment are adequately stocked
* Support the recruitment process and onboarding of new hires
* Assist in the preparation of client proposals
Bookkeeping and Accounts
* Prepare and issue client invoices
* Manage monthly supplier payments and other expenses
* Upload invoices to Xero and process payments for staff and suppliers
* Reconcile Xero with bank accounts
* Generate monthly profit and loss reports for the Director
Business Development and Marketing
* Collaborate with the Director on business growth strategies and process improvements
* Respond to client inquiries
* Support planning and participate in marketing and promotional events
* Update the company website and manage social media accounts
* Assist with the development and maintenance of the new Consilium showroom
* Develop skills in managing Google and Meta ads for future marketing campaigns
