Regional Sales Administrator
Here at Chubb Fire & Security we have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our Business Support Team based in Blackburn (BB1 2PR) on a full time, permanent basis.
What You'll Be Doing As A Sales Administrator / Order Processor:
* Communicate with and support the Sales Team / various Internal Departments regarding Installation Projects / Service Contracts
* Maintain customer job files, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded, to ensure that full customer history and data is readily available
* Complete all Legal Entity / Credit Checks
* Process Orders in line with the Company Order Acceptance Criteria
* Obtain all required customer information and pass to the relevant department
* Assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns
This role is based in the Business Support Division and is in an open-plan, busy, vibrant office. There is a great atmosphere and whilst everyone has important jobs to do, we like to promote team collaboration throughout the division to enhance the workplace and promote inclusion.
What We Would Like You To Bring
* Have experience of working within a dedicated administration support role
* Be IT literate
* Work well in a fast paced, busy support environment
* Are proactive and able to prioritise workloads well
* Have excellent people and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good attention to detail
* Must be able to work as part of a team
SALARY: £23,400 per annum
