Engineering Service Specialist (In house)

As a Senior In-Service Support Engineer, you will play a key part in ensuring the success of defense systems used by allied navies, with a focus on sonar, radar, power systems, and unmanned platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide engineering support for field service teams, ensuring products are fully supported globally.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineering leads, and customers to meet support obligations.
* Proactively address technical issues and customer reports, developing and implementing solutions.
* Manage system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
* Oversee inspection programs and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment safety and reliability.
* Work with logistics teams and implement changes in response to system updates or obsolescence.
* Prepare estimates for new work packages, manage resources, and lead engineering projects.
Skills and Experience:
* Degree or diploma in Engineering, Management, or related fields; equivalent experience may be considered.
* Significant experience in defense engineering, particularly during the in-service lifecycle.
* Expertise in project management, with a focus on defense standards and customer requirements.
* Proven ability to work under tight deadlines in challenging environments.
* Familiarity with maritime equipment is a plus.

* Capable of obtaining Security Clearance (SC).
