Do you enjoy lead a team dedicated to empowering young people and care leavers? Doncaster Care Leavers Accommodation Service (CLASS) is looking for a motivated Team Leader to drive positive outcomes and ensure high-quality service delivery.
As a Team Leader you will take the lead on supported accommodation projects, by delivering a strengths-based approach to support, placing young people at the centre of their journey toward independence
Who we’re looking for:
* Knowledge of the issues affecting young people leaving care, young people at risk of homelessness including young parents
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice, as well as restorative practice, asset based and trauma informed approaches.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and other information systems
