Key Stakeholder Reporting: Generate and present accurate and timely progress reports and complex scenario analyses to senior management, programme board and key government and investor stakeholders. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise the planning team and set the planning standards and collaboration criteria with delivery partners and the supply chain, fostering a high-performance culture. Process and Tools Implementation: Lead on the implementation, use and continuous improvements and innovation in process and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, etc.) and best practices under NEC form of contract for planning and scheduling, quantitative schedule risk analysis and critical chain management. Leadership: Ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve project goals. Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and implement strategic planning initiatives. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and reporting. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments. Expert level user of Primavera P6 Expertise in NEC 3/4 contracts We are looking for a combination of technical excellence in planning and scheduling and exceptional ability to communicate the schedule position to client, government and investor stakeholders.
