My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their esteemed PI Department in their vibrant Liverpool Office.
As a Legal Secretary within their Personal Injury department, you will collaborate with a team of secretaries to provide comprehensive support to their fee earners.
This role involves audio typing, document preparation, and correspondence, utilizing your excellent interpersonal skills to ensure efficient communication within the department.
Responsibilities:
1. Work within a pool of legal secretaries, assisting multiple Fee Earners.
2. Prepare correspondence and legal documents.
3. Handle photocopying and scanning of documents.
4. Utilize the Proclaim case management system.
5. Support other secretaries and the administration team as needed.
About You:
1. GCSEs or equivalent qualifications, with proficient typing and audio skills.
2. Experience in the legal industry as an audio typist / secretary.
3. Familiarity with digital dictation and Proclaim software is preferable but not essential, as training will be provided.
4. Excellent multitasking skills with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
6. Reliable, delivering timely, accurate, and quality work.
7. Efficient, able to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in legal documentation.
8. Flexible and adaptable, able to navigate changing conditions.
9. Friendly with a positive attitude and demeanor.
10. Patient, able to maintain composure and navigate challenges calmly.
