We are working with a global private wealth management firm seeking an experienced Operations Director to support its Founder and Management Team. This leadership role requires someone who can oversee daily operations, manage teams, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. The firm has grown significantly in recent years, increasing its market share and assets under management. As Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading operational projects, ensuring compliance, and improving business processes. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing office facilities, supplier relationships, and HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
* Working with third-party providers in legal, marketing, and technology to support business growth.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to the Founder, contributing to decision-making and business strategy.
Key Requirements:
* Leadership experience in operations, ideally within financial services.
* Strong people management and performance development skills.
* Experience in project management and process improvement.
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
