Job summary Children's Safeguarding Advisor (Part time) Band 7 £49,178 - £55,492 per annum inc HCAS per annum pro rota Childrens Safeguarding advisor post is to work within the Children's safeguarding team for Bromley Healthcare We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and innovative practitioner to work as a part-time safeguarding advisor This will involve working collaboratively with many different health professionals and other agencies to ensure effective plans are in place to safeguard children and promote their welfare. This will involve working across multi-agency statutory and non-statutory organisations in order to respond to local and national initiatives, requirements, and legislation. To provide evidence-based advice, support, supervision, training, and leadership to staff involved in the care of children, and their families across Bromley Healthcare This includes ensuring that robust safeguarding supervision is implemented in accordance with the safeguarding supervision policy. The role may also involve working as part of the MASH/Children's and Families hub, a health team in Bromley that supports the sharing of information to ensure robust outcomes for families, and being a member of MARAC and MCC groups.
