The role
As a Facilities Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary, meeting customers’ needs at Air Command and RAF High Wycombe.
Responsibilities:
* Report all building defects.
* Control and book conference room facilities and equipment.
* Facilitate the control and coordination of visitors and contractors.
* Carry out Fire Safety Management duties.
* Coordinate Fire Wardens.
* Support and perform the tasks of other department staff in their absence, as directed by the Accounts Manager.
This role is part-time and based onsite at our RAF High Wycombe site. The hours of this role are Thursday 08:30am to 5pm, Friday 08:30am to 4:30pm, and alternate Wednesday 08:30am to 5pm.
Essential experience:
* Previous evidence of working in a customer-focused role delivering excellent customer service.
* Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications:

Security Clearance:
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain BPSS security clearance for this role.
