As a leader in implementing quality assurance and improvement plans, you prepare teams for inspections and work collaboratively to build a child-centred system. What the Job Involves Engage in quality assurance initiatives and implement new policies to improve outcomes for children and families. Track the impact of initiatives to ensure continuous improvement. Perform audits and reviews of policies and procedures, identifying quality gaps, and implement development initiatives for social workers. Stay updated with evolving regulations and safeguarding review outcomes. Provide support to ensure staff understand and follow new policies and processes, including group supervision. Collaborate with team managers to prepare for inspections and develop learning from them.
