Description As a Recruitment Administrator your responsibilities will include: Supporting the HR department with administrative tasks Organising and scheduling interviews Processing employment documentation Updating and maintaining employee records Communicating with potential candidates about application processes Assisting in the creation and posting of job ads Coordinating onboarding for new employees Screening candidate applications Handling any recruitment related queries efficiently Profile A successful Recruitment Administrator should have: Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of HRMS Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Experience within Recruitment or HR Job Offer An estimated hourly wage between £14.50 - £15.50 per hour A long term temporary position A supportive and professional work environment Opportunity to gain experience in the Healthcare industry
