About the Role As Creative Director, you’ll: Lead the Creative Vision: Inspire and challenge the creative team to push boundaries while maintaining a strong focus on impactful storytelling, with a particular emphasis on ideation and copywriting. Collaborate with the Art and strategy team: Work alongside talented Art and Strategy teams that take the lead on visual direction and insights, enabling you to focus on crafting powerful ideas and narratives that resonate with audiences. Expand Horizons: Bring expertise in navigating larger brands and corporates, helping the agency expand into new markets and client bases while maintaining its purpose-driven ethos. Drive Excellence: Oversee the delivery of campaigns, branding, and marketing communications across digital channels to ensure high-quality outcomes. Foster Growth: Support and mentor senior team members, unlocking their full potential, and evolve creative processes and training. Shape Partnerships: Pitch innovative ideas, explore opportunities with purpose-driven consumer brands, and expand into new sectors. What You’ll Bring A proven ability to lead creative teams with empathy and purpose, balancing happiness and high performance. Experience working with larger brands and corporates, helping bridge their needs with the agency’s creative and social impact expertise. Brilliant client management, taking them along with you on the journey and being someone who can inspire clients with storytelling Strong communication and business acumen, understanding how creative integrates across project management, strategy, and operations. Resilience and adaptability to handle fast-paced projects and deadlines. Desirable Extras Experience in art direction or design is a bonus, but your core strength should be in ideation and storytelling. Experience in earned media creativity and brand positioning also a plus Established networks within NGOs or purpose-driven brands. Knowledge of the social impact or sustainability sectors.
