What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our innovative online marketing team. This role will be pivotal in driving our customer acquisition efforts through paid media, paid social, and affiliate marketing channels, supported by a specialist agency.
Key responsibilities:
Paid Media Management Work closely with our SEM agency and continuously review ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Support in optimising ad copy and keywords to enhance click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
Monitor performance metrics to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).
Paid Social Advertising
Create and execute advertising strategies on platforms including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
You will closely collaborate with the brand team to execute campaigns around launch products to drive sell-through and reach.
Implement audience targeting and retargeting strategies to boost engagement.
Affiliate Marketing
Oversee the management of our affiliate marketing program in collaboration with the supporting agency and platform.
Analyse affiliate performance data to optimise commission structures.
