Are you an energetic self-starter with a knack for identifying influencers and key decision-makers within accounts? We're seeking someone who can respond to targeted outbound prospects, build rapport, and establish long-term relationships.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in sales (B2B)
* Must be based in the UK
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment
* Self-starter who can positively contribute to a friendly, start-up environment
* Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce.com experience preferred)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
Responsibilities:
* Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing
* Qualify prospects based on their needs, goals, and business environment
* Conduct research to identify potential leads and stay up-to-date with industry trends
* Collaborate with clients to refine sales strategies and qualify sales leads
* Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
* Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce.com)
* Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
* Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Compensation: Base Salary + High Commissions
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (UK Time-zone)
