Day in the life of the Customer Support Representative:
As someone who books items into Oracle, a typical day in this position involves managing inventory data and collaborating with various team members across departments and countries. Responsibilities:
1. Answering incoming customer calls, making outbound calls, replying to customer emails.
2. Preparing the pre-RMAs in the system (Oracle) so that when the physical instrument comes, it is ready to be booked in.
3. Assist in booking items into Oracle, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing of inventory transactions.
4. Manage and organize incoming mail and emails, distributing correspondence to appropriate recipients in a timely manner.
5. Provide support for service desk activities, including addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating requests as needed.
6. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and information sharing related to inventory management, mail, and service desk tasks.
7. Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in managing responsibilities, prioritizing tasks as necessary.
8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management, mailbox management, and service desk support, ensuring targets are met.

Experience:
1. 1 year of experience working in an admin environment.
2. Good understanding and use of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
