Job Title: Northern Regional Sales Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (Company vehicle + fuel card + Laptop + Phone + Benefits package + Bonus)
Hours: Monday to Friday

My client, a national Plant & Powered Access Hire company, is currently looking for a Northern Regional Sales Manager to join their fast-growing team.
About your new Northern Regional Sales Manager role:
1. Liaising with all departments including Sales, Fleet, Engineering, Human Resources, and rentals/leasing to ensure operations function efficiently.
2. Overseeing personal training plans and progression of staff members.
3. Identifying and implementing operational improvements.
4. Guaranteeing a best-in-industry service for customers and clients.
5. Conducting performance reviews for all members of the management team.
6. Ensuring the delivery of high service standards.
7. Ensuring sales targets are achieved.
What the successful Northern Regional Sales Manager will need to succeed:
1. A proven track record in a Regional Sales Manager role.
2. Ideally have a background within the Plant, Powered Access, or Hire sales industry.
3. Experienced in people management systems and processes.
4. Ability to consult and negotiate, internally and externally.
5. A proven track record of guiding a team to success.
6. A full, valid driving licence.
7. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
8. Excellent organisational skills.
9. A continuous improvement mind-set.
