Marco Pierre White Steakhouse, located in Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue Hinckley Island, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to bring their bright and passionate personality to the team! Overseeing breakfast, lunch, and evening service alongside tour buffets.
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll keep your department running like clockwork and lead your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. You'll think creatively to offer first-class customer service and be an ambassador for both the Leonardo Hotels and MPW brands.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will:
* Be yourself!

* Ensure KPIs are set and support the team in achieving these
* Lead regular team meetings - not only will this help with building relationships but a coffee chat goes a long way!

* Have good understanding of both the MPW menu and wider guest experience offering in the hotel
