The partnership will involve Sharks Junior Academy players being educated at Ashton on Mersey Sixth Form. We are seeking to recruit a qualified, passionate and dedicated teacher who can lead the ACE Rugby Programme. The successful candidate will be required to teach a specialist subject (subject allocation dependent on qualifications and experience) at Ashton on Mersey whilst leading and managing the ACE Rugby Programme at our thriving sixth form. This role will involve the delivery of rugby coaching and training alongside the preparation and management of fixtures. We are looking for an individual who possesses: A Good Honours Degree Qualified Teacher Status RFU Level 3 or above coaching certificate Full UK Driving License Enthusiastic and outstanding classroom practitioner Experience in rugby coaching: 1-2 years Good organisational skills The ability to work as a member of a team A commitment to ensuring that every pupil is given the opportunity to achieve their potential and meet the high expectations set for them.
