Base pay range
Higher Group are exclusively mandated by a boutique Search firm to find a Managing Partner for their Financial Services Division. Having completed 2 retained searches already, were delighted to partner with them again.
You will have full creative direction as the business unit splits away from the group name to form its own Brand Identity, from the colours of the Logo to the name, youre able to build a business thats already flying.
Personal Desk
Responsibility will be split: 30% Business Development, 40% Management, 30% Execution. You will receive a £300k/year desk, as the Founder steps away from desk responsibility. Whilst billing will not be your main priority, youll have inbound work to inherit to lead by example. Earning 30% Flat on all Personal billing (i.e., £300k=£100k comms).
The Founder leads this team at the moment, and is stepping away to focus on the wider business after achieving 50% YoY growth in consecutive years.
Current Team
You will inherit a £2.5m P&L (10% P&L is bonused/Year), primarily covering Investment Banking, Private Credit and Private Equity, with scope to expand across all Financial Services Divisions. Average Fees sit north of £50k, with the record fee £850k. Its pivotal the team continues its trajectory of increasing its AOV.
1-3 Year Plan
The short term plan will see you:
* Direct the Brand Identity, Marketing represented colours etc.
* Expand the Remit into their new Miami office.
* Continue headcount growth and Junior Management development.
3-5 Year Plan
In the mid term you will:
* Promote multiple Country leads trained by yourself to head up International offices.
* Expand market coverage into new sectors (Sales, IR, Alternatives).
* Maintain Strategic Leadership and oversee global development.
Who are You?
* 5 Years+ Tenure within Financial Services Recruitment (Any FS Sector viable).
* Experience Leading teams or mentoring multiple heads.
* Desire to grow practice and challenge the norm of Executive Search.
Package:
* Bonus: 30% on ALL Billings, 10% P&L.
* Share Options: A & B shares are available on Entry for suitable candidates.
* WFH: 1-2 Days/week.
