We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our client on a Temporary Basis.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
* Prepare and process HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policies.
* Assist in payroll processing by providing relevant employee information (e.g., attendance, leaves).
* Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms.
* Screen CVs and applications, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
* Ensure HR records are up to date and comply with company policies and legal requirements.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data and adhere to data protection regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working within similar environment
* Strong Administrative experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in MS Office including Excel
* Experience of maintaining office systems, including filing and data cleansing
